4mm Aluminium Composite Panel also know as 4mm thick aluminium composite panel is a commonly used building material, consisting of two layers of aluminum sheets and a core material of polyethylene (PE) or fire-resistant mineral core. The aluminum sheets are often treated for corrosion resistance to enhance their weatherability and durability. Exterior Aluminium Composite Panel is characterized by its lightweight, durability, ease of processing and installation, and good fire resistance.

Material Structure:

  • Front: aluminum alloy sheet coated with fluoro-carbon resin (PVDF) and polyester resin (PE) roasting painting
  • Core: nontoxic polyethylene.
  • Back: aluminum alloy sheet coated with polyester resin painting
  • Surface finish: treated with PVDF and PE resin rolling roasting coating
  • Surface coating thickness: 30umacp structure
