ACP Cladding, also known as Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding, is an exterior wall decoration material used in the construction industry. It consists of two layers of aluminum sheets with a polyethylene plastic composite layer in between. This composite panel structure gives ACP Cladding its characteristics of being lightweight, high strength, corrosion-resistant, easy to install, and maintain.
ACP Cladding is widely used in the field of exterior wall decoration in buildings. It provides a modern appearance and offers good thermal insulation and fire resistance properties. The outer surface of ACP Cladding is typically treated with coatings such as fluorocarbon (PVDF), allowing for a variety of color and surface finishes to meet the design requirements of the building.
ACP Cladding systems ACP panels are typically 4mm to 6mm thick. The core material is generally 3mm to 5mm thick with the aluminium sheets each at 0.5mm thick.
