Flat Sign Face
A smooth coated surface provides a consistent base for compatible vinyl, printed graphics and applied lettering used in fabricated sign systems.
Signage ACP panels are flat, lightweight aluminium composite sheets for sign trays, wayfinding panels, fascia signs, channel-letter backboards and fabricated identity components. Surface finish, panel thickness, dimensions, routing, folding and hole preparation can be coordinated for sign-shop production.
Provide the required sheet or finished-component dimensions, face color or physical sample, and any cutting, routing, grooving, folding or drilling requirements.

A smooth sign face is formed by the coated front aluminium skin, bonding layers, composite core and back aluminium skin.
This diagram explains the typical ACP layers used in the Signage product family.
A smooth coated surface provides a consistent base for compatible vinyl, printed graphics and applied lettering used in fabricated sign systems.
Aluminium skins bonded to a composite core create rigid sign panels that are practical to handle, transport and assemble in the workshop.
Panels can be CNC-routed, grooved and folded for sign trays, returns and shaped components when prepared to approved fabrication drawings.
Drilling, slotting and fixing-hole preparation can be completed to confirmed files for repeatable wayfinding and identity sign components.
White, solid, metallic and selected special finishes provide color and surface options for graphic applications and visual contrast.
Confirmed dimensions, drawings and protective film support consistent batches of sign faces, trays and directional panels.
If a product document or test report is required, tell us the document type and selected signage product. Alcadex will identify the applicable file for review.
Signage ACP is used by sign makers for flat and fabricated components that require a smooth face, low weight and clean workshop processing.
