Solid and metallic color ACP panels are aluminium composite sheets finished with uniform solid colors or light-responsive metallic coatings. They combine a flat coated surface, low handling weight and easy fabrication for facade, interior, shopfront, signage and display specifications. Available colors and finishes can be supplied in the required sheet dimensions and prepared to approved processing drawings.

Solid & Metallic ACP Panel Structure

Solid and metallic finishes are applied to the decorative face of an aluminium composite panel built from two aluminium skins bonded to a composite core.

Protective film: protects the finished face during handling and fabrication.
Face finish: provides the selected solid or metallic color and gloss.
Front aluminium skin: provides a flat, stable substrate for the decorative finish.

Adhesive layers: bond both aluminium skins securely to the core.
Composite core: selected according to the required product configuration.
Back aluminium skin: completes the panel with an anti-corrosive service coating.
