Stone Finish ACP Panels

Stone finish ACP panels reproduce marble, granite and other stone-inspired patterns on a lightweight aluminium composite sheet. They support coordinated architectural surfaces, feature walls, entrances, retail interiors and fabricated components where a stone look is required without solid stone slabs.

Order Details

Provide the required sheet or finished-component dimensions, stone pattern code or physical sample, and any cutting, routing, grooving, drilling or folding requirements.

Stone Finish ACP Panel Structure

A stone-look decorative surface is applied to the front aluminium skin and combined with bonding layers, a composite core and back aluminium skin.

  • Protective film: protects the patterned face during transport and fabrication.
  • Stone finish layer: provides the approved pattern, tone, gloss and visual direction.
  • Front aluminium skin: forms a flat base for the decorative stone appearance.
  • Adhesive layers: bond the aluminium skins securely to the selected core.
  • Composite core: is specified for the required panel and fire-performance build.
  • Back aluminium skin: completes the lightweight composite construction.

This diagram explains the typical ACP layers used in the Stone Finish product family.

Stone Finish ACP Panel Benefits

01

Stone-Inspired Appearance

Marble, granite and mineral patterns provide visual depth and architectural character on a flat coated panel without using a solid stone slab.

02

Lighter Decorative Sheet

The aluminium composite construction is easier to transport, handle and fabricate than many comparably sized natural stone cladding pieces.

03

Pattern Selection

Different veining, aggregate, tone and gloss references can be coordinated with adjacent finishes and the intended architectural style.

04

Factory Fabrication

Panels can be cut, routed, grooved, drilled and formed to approved drawings for wall panels, columns, soffits and decorative parts.

05

Coordinated Module Layout

Physical samples help maintain a consistent stone-look appearance across repeated panels, feature walls and fabricated project components.

06

Easy Surface Care

The smooth decorative face is straightforward to clean and avoids the sealing routine associated with many porous natural stone surfaces.
