Send an itemised list with quantities. Mixed-order feasibility and any minimum quantities are reviewed against the proposed configuration.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Request the relevant finish or panel sample. Confirm availability, sample charges and delivery arrangements with our team.
Can you provide private-label protective film or packaging?
Share your artwork, label details and quantity. Branding and packing options are subject to review and quotation; they are not universal standard terms.

What affects a wholesale quote?
Panel construction, aluminium skin thickness, coating, finish, dimensions, quantities, factory processing, packing and delivery terms all affect the quoted scope.
What information should I send first?
Send your target market, itemised product specifications, quantity per item, finish references, processing requirements and destination port.
When does the production lead time begin?
The quotation should state the applicable start conditions, such as specification approval and agreed order requirements. Confirm this date separately from transit and delivery estimates.
Do you supply installation services?
ALCADEX manufactures and supplies ACP panels with optional factory processing. On-site installation and construction are outside our supply scope.
