Anti-Static ACP Panel Structure

A static-control surface layer is combined with the front aluminium skin, bonding layers, selected core and back aluminium skin to create a finished composite panel.

  • Protective film: protects the functional surface during handling and fabrication.
  • Anti-static coating: provides the specified static-control face performance.
  • Front aluminium skin: forms a stable substrate for the functional coating.
  • Adhesive layers: bond the aluminium skins to the selected core.
  • Composite core: is chosen for panel thickness and fire-performance requirements.
  • Back face: uses a service coating or a second anti-static surface when specified.
