Static-Control Surface
The functional coating is designed to help manage surface static in electronics, cleanroom and controlled industrial environments.
Anti-static ACP panels use a static-control surface finish on an aluminium composite panel construction for electronics, cleanroom and controlled industrial environments. Available colors, sheet dimensions and factory processing can be coordinated for the required anti-static product order.
Provide the required sheet or finished-component dimensions, color code or physical sample, and any cutting, routing, drilling or other processing requirements.

A static-control surface layer is combined with the front aluminium skin, bonding layers, selected core and back aluminium skin to create a finished composite panel.
This diagram explains the typical layers used in the Anti-Static ACP product family.
The functional coating is designed to help manage surface static in electronics, cleanroom and controlled industrial environments.
Anti-static treatment is available on the required face or both faces for wall, partition, enclosure and equipment-area panel components.
A flat coated surface supports routine cleaning in electronics, laboratory and controlled production areas under the approved care procedure.
Aluminium skins bonded to a composite core provide rigid wall and enclosure panels that remain manageable for transport and workshop handling.
Panels can be cut, routed, drilled and prepared to approved drawings for wall linings, enclosures, partitions and equipment-area components.
Color, sheet dimensions, protective film and cutting, routing, drilling or other preparation can be coordinated for each order.
If a product document or test report is required, tell us the document type and selected anti-static product. Alcadex will identify the applicable file for review.
Anti-static ACP panels are used as finished sheet components in controlled environments where surface static management forms part of the project specification.
Choose the color and finish for the required visual result, then provide the final dimensions and fabrication drawings.
An approved physical sample can be used to maintain a consistent appearance across repeated panels.
Send the required dimensions, color code or physical sample, and any cutting, routing, drilling or other processing requirements.
