PE Aluminum Composite Panels

PE aluminum composite panels use a polyester coating on the decorative aluminum face to provide a smooth, consistent finish for interior, signage, display and general-purpose panel requirements. Available colors, sheet dimensions and factory cutting or fabrication can be coordinated for the required order.

Order Details

Provide the required sheet or finished-component dimensions, color code or physical sample, and any cutting, routing, grooving, drilling or folding requirements.

PE ACP Panel Structure

A polyester-coated decorative face is combined with two aluminum skins and a polyethylene core to form a flat, lightweight composite sheet.

  • Protective film: protects the coated face during handling and fabrication.
  • Polyester coating: provides the specified color, gloss and decorative surface.
  • Front aluminum skin: forms a smooth substrate for the polyester finish.
  • Adhesive layers: bond both aluminum skins securely to the core.
  • Polyethylene core: provides the central lightweight composite layer.
  • Back aluminum skin: completes the panel with an anti-corrosive service coating.

This diagram explains the typical ACP layers used in the PE product family.

PE Aluminum Composite Panel Benefits

01

Smooth Color Finish

Polyester coating provides a clean, consistent decorative surface in solid, metallic and selected special colors for coordinated interior, signage and display work.

02

Practical Specification

PE-coated panels provide a straightforward material route for projects that need a finished composite sheet without an exterior-grade fluorocarbon coating requirement.

03

Lightweight Construction

Two thin aluminum skins bonded to a polyethylene core create useful rigidity while keeping sheets manageable for transport, handling and workshop preparation.

04

Easy Fabrication

Panels can be cut, routed, grooved, drilled and formed to approved dimensions for flat sheets, sign components and prepared interior parts.

05

Flexible Color Options

Standard color codes and project samples can be reviewed with the required gloss, protective film and batch quantity before bulk coating and production.

06

Simple Surface Care

The smooth coated face is easy to wipe and requires limited routine maintenance when the selected finish is used in a suitable environment.
