An ACP consists of two aluminium skins bonded to a core. The coating, aluminium skin thickness, core and overall panel thickness are separate specification choices. Compare these details when evaluating panels for your application.

ACP has a layered construction with a non-aluminium core. Solid aluminium sheet is metal throughout its thickness. Their weight, stiffness, fabrication methods and application requirements differ, so they should not be substituted solely on the basis of overall thickness.

Our product range is organised into Standard ACP Panels, Fire-Rated ACP Panels, Decorative Finish ACP and Specialty ACP Panels. Start with the ACP product series, then confirm the required coating, core, dimensions and finish.

Tell us whether the panels are for a facade, interior, signage or another application. Include the project location, panel dimensions, finish, expected exposure and any specified fire-performance requirements. We can then review available panel configurations with you.

No. PE or PVDF coating describes the surface coating; it does not establish the fire classification of the complete panel. Confirm the coating and core separately, together with test documentation for the proposed panel configuration.

Options include solid and metallic colours, wood finishes and stone finishes. Availability depends on the selected series and order requirements. Use a physical sample to approve colour, texture and gloss; screen images are a reference rather than a colour standard.

No. Do not assume every ACP panel has the same fire performance. Request the applicable test report and check that the product identification, core, thickness and other relevant details match the panel being specified. A product label alone is not a substitute for this documentation.

Start with the classification and test standard required for your project. Ask for the report relating to the exact proposed panel, including its scope and classification. Do not assume that labels under different standards are directly interchangeable; your project team should confirm acceptance.

Our factory photographs show aluminium skin thickness checks before raw materials enter storage, and aluminium skin peel-strength testing after ACP lamination. For an order, agree the applicable inspection items, acceptance criteria and records before production.

Suitability depends on the specified coating, panel configuration, exposure conditions and installation details. Tell us about salt exposure, humidity and other project conditions so the proposed specification can be reviewed. Do not assume that every ACP finish is suitable for every environment.

Service life depends on the panel specification, environment, installation and maintenance. Request the written warranty applicable to your selected product and order, including its coverage and conditions. We do not apply a single service-life or warranty claim to every panel.

Follow the care instructions for the supplied finish and check the suitability of any cleaner before use. Recycling routes depend on the panel construction and local processors that accept composite panels. Confirm local recovery options rather than assuming the panels can go into ordinary metal recycling.

Include the overall panel thickness, aluminium skin thickness, length, width, coating and core in your enquiry. We will review the requested configuration and confirm manufacturing feasibility, tolerances and order conditions before acceptance.

Depending on the agreed drawings and panel configuration, enquiries may include cutting and sizing, grooving, punching, drilling and CNC machining. Describe the required finished component so we can review the processing scope and feasibility.

Provide dimensioned drawings showing the panel specification, quantities, cut-outs, holes, grooves, edge details and relevant tolerances. Tell us your available file format. Production details and any drawing revisions should be agreed before processing begins.

ALCADEX manufactures ACP panels and supplies factory-processed components. We do not provide on-site installation. Your appointed project team is responsible for the installation system, structural design and site work.

Send the panel series or intended application, dimensions, overall thickness, aluminium skin thickness, coating or finish, core requirements, quantity and destination. Include processing drawings where needed. If some details are undecided, explain the application so we can clarify them with you.

MOQ is confirmed for the requested specification, colour, finish and production arrangement. Send your intended quantity and panel requirements so we can advise the applicable order conditions.

The quoted price depends on the panel specification, coating, finish, core, quantity, processing, packing and delivery terms. Compare quotations using the same specification and scope, rather than price per sheet alone.

Lead time is confirmed against the specification, quantity, sample or drawing approvals, processing requirements and production schedule. Production time and shipping time are separate. Ask for the agreed production lead time and delivery terms in your quotation.

Provide the destination country and port or delivery address. We will confirm the available shipping arrangement, agreed delivery terms and required documents for your order. Transit times and import requirements depend on the destination and shipping route.

Specify any packing, labelling, shipping-mark or handling requirements when requesting a quote. Agree the packing method and pre-dispatch checks for the order. Inspection scope and documentation should be confirmed before production, especially where project-specific acceptance criteria apply.

Payment terms are stated in the quotation and order documents. Confirm the payment schedule, currency and any other commercial conditions before placing the order.

Yes. Tell us your market, preferred product series, specifications, quantities and expected ordering pattern. We can review the requested supply scope and quotation with you. Any special distribution arrangements require a separate agreement.
