Alcadex manufactures aluminum composite panels and supplies panels with optional factory processing. Our scope covers panel production and off-site processing only. We do not provide on-site installation, curtain wall installation or construction services.
ACP Panel Processing Types
ACP Panel Cutting and Sizing
Panels can be cut to specified dimensions to reduce on-site or workshop preparation. Final feasibility and tolerances are confirmed against the panel specification and drawing.
CNC Routing and Machining
Computer-controlled processing is available for repeatable profiles, openings and component shapes. Submit DWG, DXF or PDF drawings for review.
Grooving and Folding Preparation
V-grooving and folding preparation can be supplied for cassette and formed-panel fabrication. Groove depth and return dimensions must be confirmed before production.
Punching and Drilling
Hole patterns and openings can be processed according to approved drawings, subject to edge-distance and panel-configuration checks.What to Send for a Processing Quote

How Processing Orders Are Verified
Before production, the panel type, finish, finished dimensions, processing drawings, quantities and tolerances are confirmed against the approved order information. Processing scope can include cutting, sizing, routing, grooving, drilling, punching or CNC profiles where specified.
Buyers may request relevant workshop information, order-specific inspection confirmation and packing details. General ACP physical and fire test documents are available through our Technical Center.
Custom Fabricated ACP Components
Where drawings and tolerances are approved, Alcadex can quote factory-prepared ACP components that combine specified cutting, routing, grooving, drilling, punching or CNC operations. Finished component feasibility depends on panel build-up, geometry, tolerances, quantity, packing and transport protection.
Site measurement, subframes, installation and construction are not included.
