Natural Wood Appearance
Printed and coated wood patterns create warm timber-inspired surfaces without the thickness, weight and pattern variation of solid wood cladding boards.
Wood finish ACP panels combine the appearance of natural timber patterns with a lightweight aluminium composite panel construction. They provide repeatable wood-look surfaces for facade accents, soffits, interiors, retail fixtures and fabricated architectural components without using solid timber sheets.
Provide the required sheet or finished-component dimensions, wood pattern code or physical sample, and any cutting, routing, grooving, drilling or folding requirements.

A decorative wood-look face is applied to the front aluminium skin, which is bonded to the core and back aluminium skin to form a flat composite panel.
This diagram explains the typical ACP layers used in the Wood Finish product family.
Printed and coated wood patterns create warm timber-inspired surfaces without the thickness, weight and pattern variation of solid wood cladding boards.
Light, medium and dark wood references can be coordinated with gloss and adjacent materials for a consistent architectural palette.
Aluminium skins bonded to a composite core provide a rigid decorative sheet that is practical to transport, handle and prepare in the workshop.
Wood finish panels can be cut, routed, grooved, drilled and formed for wall panels, soffits, columns and custom decorative components.
Approved physical samples help maintain visual continuity across repeated modules, feature walls and coordinated batches of fabricated parts.
The smooth finished face is easy to clean and does not require the staining or sealing schedule associated with natural timber surfaces.
If a product document or test report is required, tell us the document type and selected wood finish product. Alcadex will identify the applicable file for review.
Wood finish ACP is selected where a warm timber appearance is required in a flat, lightweight and fabricatable panel format.
Choose the wood pattern for the required visual result, then provide the final dimensions and fabrication drawings.
An approved physical sample can be used to maintain a consistent appearance across repeated panels.
Send the required dimensions, wood pattern code or physical sample, and any cutting, routing, grooving, drilling or folding requirements.
