Wood Finish ACP Panels

Wood finish ACP panels combine the appearance of natural timber patterns with a lightweight aluminium composite panel construction. They provide repeatable wood-look surfaces for facade accents, soffits, interiors, retail fixtures and fabricated architectural components without using solid timber sheets.

Wood Finish ACP Panel Structure

A decorative wood-look face is applied to the front aluminium skin, which is bonded to the core and back aluminium skin to form a flat composite panel.

  • Protective film: protects the wood-look face during handling and processing.
  • Wood finish layer: provides the approved pattern, tone, gloss and grain direction.
  • Front aluminium skin: creates a stable substrate for the decorative surface.
  • Adhesive layers: bond the aluminium skins to the selected core.
  • Composite core: is chosen for the required panel and fire-performance specification.
  • Back aluminium skin: completes the sheet with a service coating.

This diagram explains the typical ACP layers used in the Wood Finish product family.

Wood Finish ACP Panel Benefits

01

Natural Wood Appearance

Printed and coated wood patterns create warm timber-inspired surfaces without the thickness, weight and pattern variation of solid wood cladding boards.

02

Pattern & Tone Range

Light, medium and dark wood references can be coordinated with gloss and adjacent materials for a consistent architectural palette.

03

Lightweight Panel Format

Aluminium skins bonded to a composite core provide a rigid decorative sheet that is practical to transport, handle and prepare in the workshop.

04

Fabrication Flexibility

Wood finish panels can be cut, routed, grooved, drilled and formed for wall panels, soffits, columns and custom decorative components.

05

Repeatable Surface Layout

Approved physical samples help maintain visual continuity across repeated modules, feature walls and coordinated batches of fabricated parts.

06

Straightforward Maintenance

The smooth finished face is easy to clean and does not require the staining or sealing schedule associated with natural timber surfaces.
