Can decorative finishes and fire-rated cores be combined?
The families describe different selection criteria rather than mutually exclusive products. Send your preferred finish and core requirements so we can confirm an available construction and its supporting documents.
What should I send for a quotation?
Provide the application, panel size, panel thickness, aluminum skin thickness, coating or finish, core requirements, quantity and delivery destination. Attach dimensioned drawings if processing is required.
Can I request samples and color matching?
Send your selected series, color reference or sample requirements and delivery destination. We will confirm sample availability and the color approval process for your order.
What are the minimum order quantity and lead time?
These depend on the selected construction, finish, quantity and production schedule. Request the applicable minimum order quantity and current lead time with your quotation.
Which test report applies to my selected panel?
Check the tested specimen, construction, standard and report scope. A mineral-core classification and a complete panel test are different. Ask us to identify the documents applicable to the proposed specification.
