The 4mm PE coated aluminium composite panel combines a polyester-coated aluminium face, a polyethylene core and a rear aluminium skin. Its 4mm section balances rigidity, flatness and manageable weight for interior architectural panels and fabricated components.
A 4mm PE coated aluminium composite panel is made by bonding two aluminium sheets to a polyethylene core. The visible aluminium face receives a polyester coating that creates a smooth, uniform and colour-consistent decorative surface. The composite construction provides useful panel stiffness without the weight of a solid 4mm aluminium sheet.
This product is commonly selected when a 2mm or 3mm panel does not provide the preferred rigidity for the module size, yet the project still requires straightforward cutting, grooving and forming. The final panel build should be selected according to the required dimensions, aluminium skin thickness, finish and fabrication method.
