  • Standard size: 1220 × 2440mm (4 × 8 ft)
  • Aluminium skins: 0.15mm front + 0.15mm rear
  • Coating: Special anti-static paint coating on both aluminium skins
  • Core: Polyethylene or confirmed fire-rated core option
Product Overview

What Is Anti-Static ACP Panels for Cleanrooms?

Anti-static ACP panels for cleanrooms use a 4mm composite construction with 0.15mm front and rear aluminium skins and special anti-static paint coating on both surfaces. The coating is intended to control surface resistance at approximately 10⁶–10⁸Ω and reduce electrostatic charge accumulation on wall, partition and fitted panel surfaces.

For controlled interiors, lower surface charge can also reduce the electrostatic attraction of airborne dust to the coated panel. The panel does not define the cleanroom classification by itself; its coating, joints and fabricated module design should be coordinated with the room’s complete contamination-control and ESD requirements.

Key Advantages

Cleanroom Anti-Static ACP Benefits

01

Anti-Static Cleanroom Surface

The special coating provides a defined resistance target for wall and partition panels used within controlled production environments.

02

Reduced Dust Attraction

Lower electrostatic surface charge can reduce the tendency for airborne particles to be attracted to the coated aluminium face.

03

Smooth Cleanable Finish

The coated panel presents a continuous surface that can be maintained using cleaning methods approved for the finish and facility protocol.

04

Double-Sided Coating

Both aluminium skins use the anti-static paint system, supporting consistent material specification across fabricated cleanroom components.

05

Lightweight Wall Modules

The 4mm composite sheet is easier to handle and process than solid metal plate used at a similar overall thickness.

06

Custom Fabrication

Panels can be sized, routed, grooved and drilled for confirmed partition modules, service covers and fitted interior elements.

Where It Is Used

Typical Applications

Electronics Cleanrooms

Supports coated wall and partition modules in controlled areas used for sensitive electronic component production.

Laboratory Clean Areas

Can be fabricated into selected walls, ceilings and fitted panels where a smooth anti-static surface is specified.

Pharmaceutical Support Rooms

Provides a cleanable panel option for designated controlled support spaces, subject to the facility material protocol.

Service and Equipment Covers

Can be processed into removable panels and casings around cleanroom services and production equipment.

Product Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What surface resistance is specified for cleanroom anti-static ACP?

The coating targets approximately 10⁶–10⁸Ω. The measurement method and acceptance range should be confirmed in the product specification.

Does the panel itself establish a cleanroom classification?

No. The panel is one interior material within the complete room system; classification also depends on airflow, filtration, joints, cleaning controls and operating procedures.

How does the coating help with dust control?

By reducing electrostatic surface charge, the coating can reduce static-driven attraction of airborne dust to the panel face.

Are polyethylene and fire-rated cores available?

Yes. The core should be selected around the room specification, with any fire classification tied to the exact confirmed panel build and documentation.

Can cleanroom wall modules be cut before delivery?

Yes. Alcadex can process panels from approved dimensions and drawings for walls, partitions, ceiling details and equipment covers.
